HAROLD WALKER COMPANY BUSINESS CARD (1960S)

This is a business card for Bill Crawford of Harold Walker Company. Pre-zip code and pre-area code! Harold Walker Foam recently made a comeback with the demise of Clark Foam, formerly the world's largest supplier of foam surfboard blanks. An interesting footnote: This piece contains a handwritten note from Bill Crawford to Bing Copeland on the reverse side! This original business card is in very good condition, about 80 percent of mint. One crease at top left corner as shown in scan. Some minor yellowing has occurred. No tack holes, tape marks, or tears. No water stains or moisture damage of any kind. Measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches tall. Packaged in an archival-quality clear plastic sleeve with an acid-free mat backing board. This item belonged to an anonymous industry insider who shaped for the big boys in the early 1960s. Click Here for a peek at the reverse side, showing a faint note to Bing Copeland scrawled in pencil by Bill Crawford! Sold at $110.
