Plus coverage of the first annual Lightning Bolt Contest held at Velzyland, and Shaun Tomson wins the 1975 Hang Ten American Professional Surfing Championships. SURFER staff photographer Warren Bolster offers some "New Perspectives," Also includes a New Jersey pictorial, North Shore Focus, "Kneeborne," "Photos From the Readers," and more. This mag is in Betty-minus condition, about 75 percent of mint. Significant pulling and some tearing at staples. Top right corner is scuffed slightly. Some minor stains on front cover as shown in scan. Light to moderate cover and spine wear overall. Complete and intact with no torn or missing pages and no cutouts. Subscription card is also intact.
