"Who Controls the Beaches" by Randy De Loach explores the issue of coastal access in Florida. Plus "It's the Leash You Can Do" by Bill Mount, "Deeper Into Africa: Part III" by Peter French, and a kneeboarding pictorial featuring the likes of Rex Huffman, Steve Lis, Mark Skinner, and Bob Sachet. This issue is in very good condition, about 75 percent of mint. Grease pencil on front cover as shown in scan. Some minor soiling of front cover. No pulling at staples or staple rust. Very minor insect nibbles on right edge of front cover. Light cover and spine wear overall. Pull-out poster has been removed. No torn or missing pages and no cutouts.
